Charles Wei set up Shanghai Steele in 2005 and is the earliest founder. Before starting Steele he worked for Navy of the People’s Republic of China where he gained lots of experience. This provides him the opportunities to learn how to be a leader and develop his company. He has strong skills in both Business consulting and enterprise risk management which are main servicing areas of Steele. Charles’s role is developing Steele ‘s services and expanding client base.
