Webinar: Immigration Simplified for HR and Immigration Leads

Kripa UpadhyayFounder/Managing Attorney, Orbit Law, PLLC

As we head into 2021 and get ready for for what we expect will be a busy year in Immigration law, policy and regulation changes, we invite HR/Immigration Leads to join us for another monthly installment of “Immigration Simplified: Strategies and Lessons for HR and Immigration Teams”

This is one of our three monthly (FREE) webinars targeting specific groups so as to make it most beneficial to those who take the time to attend these sessions. These are all designed to share information and give stakeholders/Immigrant communities the information they need to ensure success for themselves and the businesses that rely on talented foreign national employees. Our goal is to make what is often a stressful and daunting process less so; for employers and employees alike.

The next session, On January 13, 2021 will focus on preparing for FY 2022 H-1B Cap Season and employer liabilities and responsibilities vis-a-vis employment of foreign nationals during the ongoing COVID-19/Work from Home situation that most of us find ourselves navigating.

Please register here: https://lnkd.in/gXFYJMW and do us the favor of sharing this with your team, clients or referral partners if you believe this may be of help to them.

I hope you will pardon this ask, but if I may be so bold, our other monthly webinar seeks to partner with registered non profits that provide either service (housing/education etc) or social/cultural services to Immigrant communities. That series, called “Immigration Matters: Conversations with the Community” is designed for individuals/families ordinarily unable to access or afford consultation fees call in and get the advice they need. I hope you will indulge me in helping me connect with area non-profits you know of that may be interested in partnering with us to reach their clients/community members.

Thank you for your continued help, support and guidance!

In Gratitude,

Kripa
