Weber & Sauberschwarz joins IR as the exclusive Competition Law Member in Germany

The firm is located in the heart of Düsseldorf, one of the leading venues for commerce, media and advertising in Germany. It was founded in 1963 by Günter Weber and today consists of a team of 8 attorneys who specialize in commercial law, with subspecialties in competition, trademark, and media law as well as design protection. In addition, we provide our clients with consultation in patent matters and assist them in the registration of patents in cooperation with the patent law office of Dr. Kluin.

The services we offer our clients include advice and consultation, litigation in German courts, and representation before courts and agencies of the EU. We represent our clients worldwide by working closely with law firms abroad.
