Voisin Law is delighted to announce that English Solicitor, Kate Anderson, has been admitted as an Advocate to the Royal Court of Jersey.
After successfully passing her Advocacy Exams, Kate, who has been with the local law firm for 19 years, was sworn in yesterday morning.
An experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, Kate has a wealth of experience acting for both local and international clients on all aspects of corporate, security and banking law.
She also specialises in funds law, advising a number of international clients on all matters relating to collective investment schemes, from small joint ventures to large daily traded unclassified funds for a large Islamic bank based in the Middle East and she has recently advised on a £2.3bn umbrella fund structure along with a £120,000,000 refinancing for a property development company.
