Voisin Law advises J B Real Estate (Jersey) Limited on acquisition of the premises at Jersey Bowl

Voisin Law’s leading commercial property team have advised J B Real Estate (Jersey) Limited on the acquisition of the premises at Jersey Bowl.  The premises have subsequently been leased to Jersey Bowl (64) Limited who have exciting plans for the business.    

Jersey Bowl is the Island’s only indoor tenpin bowling centre. It is equipped with 18 bowling lanes, an arcade games area including pool table, indoor play area, public bar with large screen projector, an a la carte restaurant and Thai takeaway service.
