Maria Rubert is a Spanish and US lawyer registered with the Dubai Ruler’s Court and the DIFC Courts who specialises in Arbitration and Commercial and Corporate matters.
Maria is listed as an arbitrator with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Center the Ras al Khaimah Centre of Reconciliation and Commercial Arbitration, the Ajman Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Center, the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre and Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute, Maria has a wide array of international clientele and is very well developed in the fields of corporate structure and migration.
Maria Rubert has previously played key-roles leading the arbitration divisions of preeminent UAE law firms. Maria was one of the first practitioners to have represented Dubai World before the Special Tribunal at the DIFC Courts. She often acts a speaker internationally and is professor honoris causa by a leading instituion in Europe. She is a board member of the Spanish Member Council in the UAE.
