Alexander Garden is a Partner specialising in tax & estate planning for private clients, and charity law. In particular, he advises on issues concerning succession, trusts, taxation (with both UK and international dimensions) and asset protection.
Alexander was assumed as a Partner in April 2007. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (and Chairs the Scottish Hub Committee), a Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, sits on the Law Society of Scotland Tax and Private Client Tax Committee and is accredited as a specialist by the Law Society of Scotland in both Trust Law and Private Client Tax Law.
