Timmermans & Simons International Business Lawyers was founded in 2010 by two lawyers with longstanding experience in both academia and legal practice: Wim Timmermans and William Simons. In 2011, Roustam Vakhitov, a tax lawyer (LLM Leiden), has joined the firm. The longtime academic experience bears a fruitful impact on the work performed as a practicing lawyer. Aspects of potential – legal – problems have been explored and possible solutions pictured. In addition, having taught comparative law, practical solutions offered by other legal systems will be taken into consideration.
