The latest achievements of KW Kruk & Partners Law Firm LP

We are pleased to inform you about two significant projects in which our Law Firm KW Kruk and Partners has recently actively participated.

In both cases Clients were very satisfied with the cooperation with our Law Firm and their appreciation was expressed in the recommendation letter.

From October 2016 to July 2018 KW Kruk and Partners Law Firm has provided legal services to the Polish Ministry of National Defense in the process of concluding offset agreements in connection with the acquisition of anti-aircraft and missile set of medium-range missiles system “WISŁA”. Our lawyers participated in the process of negotiating offset agreements with foreign suppliers and have participated in the preparation of the content of these contracts. They have also provided legal assistance during the preparation of offset offers, prepared legal opinions related to offset issues as well as provided support in the preparation of draft legal acts related to the offset.

KW Kruk and Partners Law Firm has successfully represented the Eiffage consortium in negotiations and settlement with the City of Bialystok facilitating an agreement in a dispute over the construction of the city stadium in Bialystok. The parties have reached a settlement in 2018
