Núñez Dubón y Asociados (NDA) is a Guatemalan business consulting and compliance firm founded in 1995 and comprised of more than 70 members. Throughout its extensive trajectory in the market, its leadership team has remained mainly under a merely familiar scheme and structure, with all the challenges that this entails.
Although well positioned and highly recognized regionally, the NDA leadership team had hit the roof, primarily due to the lack of a concrete structure and long-term game plan. As a consequence of the above, the firm decided to do something about it, thus beginning its journey through the Business Operating System (EOS®). Although its implementation process is not yet complete, NDA has managed to break the ceiling to continue growing, leading its team to new challenges, as well as new rewards.
