SKJ TEAM SUCCESSFUL IN OBTAINING A TRO

SKJ team Neal Belgam, Kelly Green and Clarissa Chenoweth were successful in obtaining a TRO for a client that prevented a sale of a controlling interest in a company subsidiary that represented the company’s largest asset.  The Court found that the firm’s client would be irreparably harmed if the sale was allowed to proceed while an underlying case involving the issue of control of the company was before the Court. The matter involves a conglomerate of businesses in Central and South America in the river transportation business.  Trial is set in the Delaware Court of Chancery for April 2016.
