James is the Managing Partner at SOR and is noted for his practical and astute approach in dealing with complex issues on behalf of his clients and brings this wealth of experience to his role as Head of our Corporate and Business Practice.
James has extensive experience in M&A work, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, syndicated commercial property transactions, employment law and IP law.
