Mr. Just is specialized in public commercial law with a particular focus on Energy, public procurement and environment law. He counsels internationally operating commercial enterprises, the Federal Republic of Germany, energy supply corporations and manufacturing companies, especially in the automotive and chemicals industries. Mr. Just represents his clients before courts of all instances. As well as in litigation, he has particular expertise in alternative dispute resolution, especially arbitration.
