Schneider Group joins IR as the Exclusive Accounting Services member in Russia
IR Global, the world’s largest exclusive network of advisory firms is delighted to introduce Alex Stolarsky of Schneider Group. Alex has joined IR as our exclusive Accounting Services Member in Russia.
Alex Stolarsky, who was born in Israel and grew up in Germany, graduated as attorney at law and completed additional studies in business law. During a legal clerkship at the superior court of justice in his hometown Berlin, he worked at the German Embassy in Uzbekistan and the German General Consulate in New York. Before changing to SCHNEIDER GROUP, Alex Stolarsky worked as a lawyer in renowned international law firms in Moscow since 2006.
In his move to SCHNEIDER GROUP, Alex Stolarsky sees an opportunity to offer his clients additional solutions that go beyond legal questions: “The bundling of product, market and financial knowledge with the legal and fiscal competence promises to generate a diverse field of activity within the company. We want to approach these tasks in a customer-specific way in order to meet the needs of our clients”, emphasizes the lawyer. With a focus on comprehensive market entry advice, M & A, joint ventures, commercial and corporate law as well as compliance requirements, Alex Stolarsky is supporting SCHNEIDER GROUP clients with his expertise starting from February 2017.
