Mihai is one of the firm’s founding partners, with over 14 years of experience in M&A projects both in privatisations and in private acquisitions involving Romanian and international companies. Over the past 9 years, Mihai was a partner with the Bucharest office of Schoenherr, one of the key law firms in central and EasternEurope.
Mihai has coordinated major restructuring projects involving mergers, spin-offs and windings-up of private as well as listed companies. Mihai has broad experience in the oil&gas and energy sectors, in banking and finance and insurance, as well as with the electronics, pharmaceuticals and food industries.
