Quahe Woo & Palmer LLC advised ABM Respiratory Care in its US$10 million Series

Our team comprising Keith Oh, Dorothy Sim and Cindy Fu is advising ABM Respiratory Care, a medical device technology business, in its US$10 million Series A funding round led by the Advanced MedTech Group together with SEEDS Capital and Yoh Chie Lu. The timely investment will allow ABM to ramp up manufacturing of its tele-access enabled ventilators and secures the critical supply of ventilators for Singapore amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.
