Tony specialises in commercial property and business transactions. He has particular expertise acting in relation to retail and office developments, residential and mixed use projects, commercial tenancies, community and strata title matters as well as the acquisition, leasing, management and disposal of a wide range of commercial properties, businesses and other commercial entities.
Tony provides stamp duty and Goods and Services tax advice and negotiates with landlords, tenants, builders, financiers and the Foreign Investment Review Board. He also advises in relation to trusts and estates, has expertise in planning and polluted land issues and undertakes negotiations with government and other regulatory bodies.
