PETROBRAS starts selling its assets in Paraguay

The Brazilian giant oil company has officially started a divestment process in Paraguay, where it owns approximately 197 service stations and 113 convenience stores.

As the biggest fuel distributor in Paraguay, PETROBRAS has its own terminal for distribution of oil by-products in the city of Villa Elisa, making it specially attractive in logistic terms.  

PETROBRAS’s main purpose of its divestment process is to sell its full equity stake existing in the following companies:Petrobras Paraguay Distribución Limited (PPDL UK), Petrobras Paraguay Operaciones y Logística SRL (PPOL) e Petrobras Paraguay Gas SRL (PPG).
