Mary Ann C. May is a member of the firm’s Litigation Section with an emphasis on employment law and employment defense. Ms. May received her B.S. degree, cum laude, in Psychology from Utah State University, in 2003 and her Juris Doctor, Order of the Coif, with Highest Honors, from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2010.
Spencer W. Romney is a corporate attorney focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities and private equity fund formation. Mr. Romney received his B.S. in Accountancy from Brigham Young University, magna cum laude, in 2005. He attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a Levy Scholar and graduated with his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2010.
Miriah R. Elliott is a corporate attorney focusing on estate planning, probate, business organizations, and commercial transactions. Ms. Elliott received her J.D., Order of the Coif, with Highest Honors from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law where she was a William H. Leary Scholar and Managing Editor of the Utah Law Review.
Chase T. Manderino is a corporate tax attorney. Mr. Manderino graduated from the Marriot School of Management at Brigham Young University, with honors, earning both his Master and Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a tax emphasis in 2010. He also earned his Juris Doctor in 2010 from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, summa cum laude and Order of the Coif.
