Reza Dibadj is highly skilled at analyzing and solving complex questions of business law and business strategy. After studying electrical engineering at Harvard College, Reza subsequently received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Since then, he has written extensively regarding issues in corporate development and corporate malfeasance, including crowdfunding, shareholder rights, broker-dealer and investment manager regulation, the Dodd-Frank Act, and civil and criminal securities fraud. He regularly speaks at national and international conferences and symposia on issues related to business law and strategy.
As a practitioner, Reza is an attorney, consultant, and expert witness who enjoys helping clients address difficult questions in challenging environments. Prior to the formation of Park & Dibadj, he was Of Counsel at Alto Litigation, a boutique litigation firm. Reza also has nearly a decade of experience as a business strategy consultant at both the Boston Consulting Group and Mercer Management Consulting. He successfully advised a wide range of companies—from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups—across a variety of industries.
