Gabriela studied at the University of Chile and undertook postgraduate studies as visiting researcher at the School of Law, University of Hiroshima, Japan along with postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property in South Korea.
She also is a Professor of Intellectual Property and Business Law. She has taught in several universities such as the School of Engineering, University of Chile.
