New Stock Exchange Listing Rules

 
EFSA, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority issued new listing and delisting rules. The new rules include a minimum of 10% of the issued shares to be floated, a minimum 300 shareholders whose shareholding is less than 1 over 1000 of total issued shares, minimum of 5% of the issued shares to be floated or EGP 10,000,000 whichever is larger, the listed shares should not be less than 5 million shares, and the fully paid up capital is not less than EGP 50 million.
