Natasha is a qualified lawyer specializing in corporate law. Prior to joining neolaw. she worked for a top-tier International law firm based in Sao Paulo.
At neolaw., a fast-growing new law firm, Natasha has been responsible for building their International desk. Natasha has significant experience providing international clients with practical and realistic advice about Brazil and its legal structure, as well as working in M&A and finance transactions (local and cross border). Natasha also accumulated expertise in operations involving the purchase of distressed assets, insolvency and bankruptcy, debt restructuring and turn around, besides having solid previous litigation experience on commercial and corporate disputes.
She has masters’ degrees in Law and Economics granted by the Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of Ghent and has written several articles published in national and international vehicles.
