Mr. Keita Tokura is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune with extensive experience in Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions (public, private, domestic and cross-border) and dispute resolutions involving corporate controls. His experience include advising corporate clients on defense tactics against hostile takeover attempts, and also in advising acquirers/shareholders on carrying out shareholder proposals and proxy fights in Japan. With his communication skill in fluent English and in-depth understanding of Japanese laws and regulations, he regularly assists international clients in starting up businesses in Japan as well as investing in Japanese firms.
