The shares of DagangHalal PLC (ticker DGHL), a Jersey incorporated company, were admitted for trading on the ISDX Growth Market on Thursday 7th April 2016.
DagangHalal provides a suite of complementary services to those operating in the Halal industry and operates DagangHalal.com, the world’s first global e-marketplace to provide Halal verification. The platform allows the rapidly growing community of Halal suppliers and consumers to trade with confidence, assuring them that the products and services being purchased are Halal. In addition, the group also offers the world’s first online repository for Halal certificates, organisation and hosting of Halal trade fairs and training and consultancy to assist businesses seeking Halal certification.
The Group intends to use the proceeds from the listing to accelerate its growth strategy, in particular by expanding into new territories.
