MAGNUSSON ADVISES IMMOFINANZ ON ACQUISITION OF POLAND’S LARGEST OFFICE COMPLEX

The Magnusson team was led by partner Agnieszka Pytlas Skwierczynska, who worked with senior associates Dawid Demianiuk and Bartosz Dębski, as well as partner Przemysław Kastyak.
It is another project on which Magnusson advises Immofinanz. In the past Magnusson advised the client on, among others, the acquisition of Galeria Piła shopping centre from Rank Progress, on development of Stop.Shop shopping parks, as well as on commercialization of Tarasy Zamkowe shopping centre in Lublin, Poland.
Empark Mokotów Business Park comprises nine buildings of approximately 117,000 square meters of rentable space. It is located in the Mokotów district of Warsaw, close to the airport. Tenants include more than 140 domestic and international companies from such sectors as banking, chemical and IT.
Immofinanz AG group has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since May 2013 and on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1996. As a result of the Empark acquisition, Immofinanz became the largest owner of office space in Warsaw. Its office portfolio in the capital of Poland includes 19 investments of approximately 270,000 square meters of rentable space.
