An Indonesian property company intends to sell its prime office building located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The specification of their office building is as follows:
- Land Area: ~1.2 hectare
- Gross Floor area: 97,365 m2, with 57,611 m2
- Consists of total 36 floors, including 5 basement floors, 2 ground floors, and 1 refuge floor.
The office building is 90% completed, but the construction is currently on hold due to outstanding payments to the contractors. The construction will be completed within approximately 6 months.
