Lawyers Edwin Chia, Kenn Lim and Christopher Huang make partner at Colin Ng & Partners LLP
Colin Ng & Partners LLP (“CNP”) is proud to announce the promotion of three lawyers to its partnership. The promotions will be effective as of 1st July 2018.

The new partners are:
Mr Edwin Chia – Dispute Resolution
Edwin’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, disciplinary proceedings, wills and probate, shareholders’ disputes, and employment matters. He has been involved in matters at all levels of the Singapore Courts (including the Court of Appeal), and has acted as lead counsel in matters before the High Court of Singapore and disciplinary tribunals (as prosecuting counsel).
Mr Kenn Lim – Corporate
Kenn’s practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border investments and private equity transactions. He regularly acts for companies across a broad spectrum of industries, and is well regarded by his clients for providing practical and effective legal solutions.
Mr Christopher Huang – Tax
Christopher is a corporate lawyer who has a specialty in tax and he heads the firm’s tax practice group. Combining this tax knowledge with his background in finance, he adopts a multi-faceted approach that provides his clients with commercially-driven legal solutions.
This promotion takes the number of partners at CNP to 18.
