Kees Kan studied law at Leiden University. Directly after his studies he joined Wieringa Advocaten in Amsterdam in 1995. After his practical training he joined Krans Helmig Stuijt Lawyers and Public Notaries in Haarlem as a staff member in 1998.
Kees Kan is specialised in franchising and everything connected with it. He advises franchisors, franchisees and associations and collectives of franchisees .
