Aqsa handles employment matters and her current client base consists of local, international companies and private individuals. Aqsa deals with a variety of employment issues, including advising on the termination of employment and employee’s contractual terms and conditions, employee/employer disputes, drafting employment contracts and setting up HR policies and procedures. In addition, Aqsa assists with negotiating settlement agreements between employers and employees. She also undertakes Litigation work. Prior to joining James Berry and Associates, Aqsa trained and worked in the UK, in an in-house capacity. In this role, Aqsa dealt with general litigation and contentious and non-contentious employment matters. James Berry & Associates is one of the longest established legal consultancies in Dubai, contributing to the impressive growth which has been seen in this region.
