IR Global Australasia Meeting in Queenstown, New Zealand hosted by Richard Ashby of Gilligan Sheppard
The Australasian Regional group has held yet another successful meeting, this time in beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand with 14 Attendees from Australia, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand. The meeting was held on Friday 21st February at the Novotel Lakeside, and hosted by Richard Ashby of Gilligan Sheppard, Auckland, NZ.
A truly worthwhile exchange of ideas evolved for recruiting, networking outside the region, and practice management systems focusing on the use of AI. These are concepts relevant to us all, and these exchanges not only provide a mutual support system to our colleagues, but first hand experiences for others to take away and action in their own practices. There was also active discussion as to those regions outside out own where there may be synergies for work generation. The emphasis is always on what can most benefit the group as a whole, in the knowledge that the success of one enhances the strength and opportunities for us all.
Thank you to all the members who attended and contributed so actively. Our members in particular, commit to both significant time and travel to attend, showing that our focus on membership is important and takes participation to be meaningful
After enjoying the magnificent setting of Queenstown, it was resolved that our next meeting will be held 24th July 2020, in the wonderful wine producing region of the Barossa Valley in South Australia, which will no doubt inspire a big turnout in a special part of the world.
