Nathan is an experienced corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate reorgansiations. Nathan also advises in relation to partnerships/LLPs and corporate banking arrangements. Having worked in London and Asia and spent time on secondment as in-house counsel, Nathan has considerable experience in helping clients achieve their commercial goals.
