South Coast accountancy firm, Inspire, are excited to announce the launch of the Inspire Business Academy, an internal initiative delivering bespoke professional training exclusively to team members.
Having introduced the scheme in 2016, this year sees the academy rolled out across the business, offering all members of staff the opportunity to enroll in a programme of 13 sessions across the year.
The sessions, which have been specifically developed by Inspire, combine real-life case studies, soft skills training and business practices to create a holistic, multifaceted training programme designed to reinforce and develop Inspire’s entrepreneur-centric services.
Whilst the programme is set to strengthen the team’s knowledge and expertise, the ultimate aim of the academy is to develop their empathy towards clients so that they deliver not only a skilled, but also insightful and empathetic service to the entrepreneur.
Inspire’s Managing Director, Warren Munson, says: “By developing a greater empathy and understanding within the team, the Inspire Business Academy aims to support our clients better through every step of their journey. The content of the programme is very practical, including real-life case studies of our clients telling their story and what it feels like to be an entrepreneur. Having introduced the idea last year, I’m really proud of the difference it’s already made to how we communicate and deliver our services. I’m passionate about developing all members of our team and believe it’s the best investment we can make as a business.”
The launch of the academy coincides with Inspire’s recent success in the 2016 Accountancy Age Best Employer Survey, where they scooped atop place in the Accountancy Age Best Employer Award – confirming Inspire as one of the UK’s best places to work. With the rollout of their Business Academy, they’re hoping employee satisfaction will continue to grow throughout 2017 and beyond.
