Prior to joining INDUSLAW Saurav was a partner with Shardul Amarchand’s Delhi & Gurgaon office. He specializes in mergers and acquisition, private equity investment, joint ventures and corporate governance. In the course of his professional career, Saurav has had the opportunity to be involved in many domestic and cross-border transactions across several practice areas and sectors including telecommunications, media and broadcasting, real estate, pharmaceuticals and consumer internet.
Saurav graduated from ILS law college, Pune in 2002 and did his masters from University of Bristol in 2003.
