Raghavan heads the Dispute Resolution practice of the Firm and has over 18 years’ experience litigating complex disputes for major clients.
Raghavan has handled domestic and international arbitrations relating to the enforcement of joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and other commercial contracts.
He has advised clients on a range of matters, including claims for damages, the enforcement of a variety of commercial and contractual obligations, interim measures, enforcement and challenges to arbitral awards and the constitution of arbitral tribunals.
In particular, Raghavan has advised on winding-up, oppression and mismanagement, share transfers, the reduction of share capital, mergers and others schemes of arrangement with shareholders and creditors. He has also handled disputes in connection with intellectual property rights, electricity laws, white collar crime, real estate, tenders and actions taken by government authorities.
