Hamilton’s TMT | IP Group has acted as legal advisor to Cinnober Financial Technology AB (publ) (“Cinnober”) in connection with Cinnober signing licensing and development agreements as well as agreements on support and maintenance services with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The agreement between ASX and Cinnober will provide ASX with a complete, state-of-the-art and flexible trading system.
Hamilton has assisted with the preparation of and negotiations around all legal documentation regarding delivery of the system and the services around it.

Hamilton has advised Cinnober as legal adviser in all technology related agreements that the company has met since the first agreement was concluded with the American Stock Exchange in 2001 and as advisers in connection with various acquisitions. Most recently this year in connection with the purchase of TDM company BOAT from Markit Group.
