Gould Law in conjunction with its affiliates and associated counsel offers services across a wide spectrum of business and litigation assignments, both ongoing and one-time representations. Particular areas of emphasis include business formations with multiple owners, whether family or unrelated parties, working with corporate boards, partners or LLC members in the course of management disagreements or actual disputes, serving as an elected or court-appointed provisional director, the entire spectrum of real estate matters including acquisitions, construction, leasing, homeowner association matters, and breakup of real estate partnerships. This scope of work includes commercial, industrial and residential real estate.
