Clive spent 30 years working for HSBC and spent time in various roles around the UK, which eventually brought him to work in the Isle of Man in 2001. A few years later, Clive left HSBC and set up his own business to become a Consultant and he is now also a Non-Exec Director on a few company boards.
We chat to him about the changing banking world, the importance of good leadership, coaching and what value a Non-Exec Director can bring to your business.
