FranckelLaw joins IR as the exclusive Commercial Litigation and Trust and Charity Law Member in the Channel Islands

IR Global, the world’s largest exclusive network of advisory firms is delighted to introduce Simon Franckel of FranckelLaw. Simon has joined IR as our exclusive Commercial Litigation and Trust and Charity Law Member in the Channel Islands.

Advocate Franckel qualified as an English solicitor with DLA in 1989.  He then worked at Leeds firm Walker Morris for 11 years, heading up the corporate debt recovery department.  A specialist commercial litigator, Simon’s expertise includes banking, trust and funds disputes, anti-money laundering issues, regulatory investigations, asset recovery, insolvency, trustee applications, professional negligence and partnership and shareholder disputes.

FranckelLaw was established in October 2008 as a specialist litigation and dispute resolution firm.
