José Miguel Flores Acuña is a Chilean lawyer with studies at the University of Concepción, Chile, where he graduated as the best student of his class. His studies broad include a master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University of Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain – graduating as the best student of his class – and a degree in Intellectual Property, carried out in the Ministry of Finance in Japan.
In addition to this, he has participated in several courses in academic formation, especially the areas of in intellectual property and family business matters. He also studied Advanced Negotiation at Harvard University’s Law School, leading important national and international negotiations for both private and public organizations.
Among his activities as a teacher, Mr. Flores has taught undergraduate and graduate degree in Commercial Law at the following universities: Universidad de Concepción Law School, Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción Law School and Universidad San Sebastián Law School. In addition, he has served as professor and senior instructor in Strategic Negotiation by Harvard Methodology at Universidad del Desarrollo, Universidad San Sebastián and Fundación Chile.
