Mr. Feldman entered private practice in 1979 and opened his office as a sole practitioner at its present location in 1984. Soon thereafter, he was joined by his now-retired partner, Joseph Roback, and the firm of Feldman & Roback was created.
Their legal practice focuses on real estate matters (including the purchase, sale, and mortgage financing of real estate, title insurance, and closings), business and corporate law (including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities), estate planning (including the preparation of wills, revocable living trusts, living wills/health care directives, and powers of attorney), and in the area of probate estate administration.
