Eric is the founding principal of Fathom Law and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate, securities and intellectual property law. He advises entrepreneurs, emerging growth and middle market companies in all aspects of business formation, governance, corporate finance, commercial and IP transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents angel and venture capital investors, private equity firms, investment bankers and broker-dealers in connection with regulatory matters, investment and finance transactions.
