Extraordinary and Temporary Regime for the Protection of Elderly or Disabled Persons who are tenants for more than 15 years

Carla Parreira Leandro, Associate in the Financial and Governance department published an article according to the Law No. 30/2018, which establishes an Extraordinary and Temporary Regime for the Protection of Elderly or Disabled Persons who are tenants for more than 15 years. The law applies to persons over 65 or with a degree of disability (of proven incapacity) equal to or greater than 60%.
