Entrepreneurs’ Conference Inspires South Coast Business Community
We are pleased to announce that our fourth Entrepreneurs’ Conference at the Bournemouth International Centre more than lived up to expectations.
Taking place on the 22nd November 2018, over 250 delegates from the South Coast business community came together to enjoy a day of shared learning, connection and inspiration. And with this year’s theme, ‘Evolution’, the focus was on how to grow, adapt and thrive both professionally and personally.
Guests experienced a line-up of industry-leading speakers, including Zopa co-founder and CEO, James Alexander; one of the world’s leading keynote motivational speakers, Pete Cohen; the UK’s ‘most hated’ sales trainer, Benjamin Dennehy; Mr and Mrs Smith co-founder, Tamara Lohan; and local entrepreneur and creator of Dorset’s first gin distillery, Rupert Holloway.
James Alexander spoke about how business owners need to dedicate time and attention to creating a culture of innovation. On a more disruptive note, Benjamin Dennehy talked about how he found a space that no one else wanted as the UK’s most hated sales trainer. Pete Cohen discussed how the power of your mind can control that doubtful voice inside. Tamara Lohan spoke about how her business has had to evolve several times to adapt to the ever-changing travel industry. And Rupert Holloway spoke about the journey of launching Dorset’s first gin distillery on a shoestring.
Guests also heard from Inspire’s founder, Warren Munson, who shared his own entrepreneurial story and introduced his latest venture Evolve – an exclusive membership community for entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Warren said, “It was great to have over 250 ambitious business owners and leaders together in one room. Great things happen when you connect this community together, and in an ever-changing world, it’s more important than ever that individuals both evolve their own skills as well as their businesses. We have had tremendous feedback from those attending and are proud of the Inspire team and what we have achieved in hosting this event.”
