With effect from 1 July 2008, Mrs DA Klüsener joined Dijks Leijssen Advocaten & Rechtanwälte in Enschede. With this the team of the German section has been extended to three Rechtsanwälte. Doris Klüsener is a real border-goer. She was born and raised at the German-Dutch border and she studied in Münster (WWU), Geneva (Université de Genève) and Berlin (FU) and has been Rechtsanwältin since 1998.
During her studies she has been intensively involved with international issues.
Doris has been working as a lawyer since 1998 both in Germany and in the Netherlands and has specialized in German-Dutch law right from the start.
Doris Klüsener has been “Fachanwältin für Familienrecht” since 2001 and she has published widely in the field of German-Dutch family law. She has also successfully completed specialist training in commercial and company law as well as inheritance law in Germany.
Her practice focuses in particular on international civil and commercial law, personal and family law and inheritance law. Doris is also engaged in the cross-border settlement of personal injury and collection and enforcement across the border.
Doris is bilingual. She speaks fluent German and Dutch.
