Armando Ambrosio is the resident partner of the Moscow office and Head of the Russia and CIS Desk.
Prior to joining the Firm, he was a partner in a leading Italian law firm and worked also for international law firms in London, New York and Luxembourg.
Armando provides legal advice and assistance to companies in the field of corporate and commercial law, international contracts, mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He is also very active in international mediation and ADR.
Armando is specialised in cross-border transactions with particular focus on Russia and CIS countries, as well as and, more broadly, the territories of the former Soviet Republics.
Expert in mergers and acquisitions, Armando generally assists clients in transactions concerning the sale and purchase of shares or transfers of businesses in various industries, and particularly in the fashion and luxury, pharmaceuticals, automotive, food and drinks, construction and oil & gas sectors.
