Samnang Lim is a partner at DBLS Law Office. He is one of a few Cambodians admitted to practice law in the United States. Before joining DBLS, he was a foreign attorney at Yulchon LLC in South Korea. While at Yulchon, Mr. Lim was briefly seconded to Bun & Associates law firm in Phnom Penh and LS Horizon Limited in Bangkok, Thailand. Mr. Lim possesses extensive experience in general corporate matters, finance, foreign direct investment, real estate acquisition and development, as well as projects concerning Cambodia. Mr. Lim is occasionally invited to speak and lecture on various fields of investment in Cambodia. He also published a number of articles about Cambodian laws and business.
