Patricia A. O. Bunye is a Partner in the Intellectual Property (“IP”) Department of Philippine law firm, Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia. She also heads the Mining & Natural Resources Department and the Energy practice group.
Her IP practice is focused on patents, trademarks, copyright, IP due diligence, IP commercialization, including licensing and franchising, and the registration of food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products with the Food & Drug Administration.
