Colin Ng & Partners LLP advises China Powerplus in its S$7 million delisting from SGX-ST
Colin Ng & Partners LLP (“CNP”) advised China Powerplus Limited in a delisting from the Mainboard of the SGX-ST pursuant to Rules 1315, 1306 and 1309 of the Listing Manual, in conjunction with a S$7 million exit offer and compulsory acquisition under section 215 of the Companies Act (Cap 50) of Singapore by Apple Cove Limited, completed on 5 September 2014.
China Powerplus is an investment holding company with its principal subsidiary being a manufacturer engaged in the design, production and sale of portable power tools, with production facilities in Shandong, China.
