Colin Ng & Partners LLP acts as lead counsel for the launch of ICH Gemini Asia Growth Fund
Colin Ng & Partners LLP (“CNP”) acted as lead counsel for the launch of ICH Gemini Asia Growth Fund Pte. Ltd. (“IGAG”), a Singapore domiciled, Asia focussed fund that looks for private equity opportunities in Asia, particularly in China. ICH Gemini Pte. Ltd. is the fund manager.
CNP advised as lead counsel on the documentation and Singapore regulatory issues for IGAG. IGAG is offered to high net worth individuals and corporations.
The CNP team advising IGAG were Bill Jamieson – Partner, Amit Ramkrishn Dhume – Partner and Jason Su, from the firm’s Funds and Financial Services team. Deloitte acted as tax advisors to IGAG.
